Once upon a time, there was a yard busy with the flurry and business of children. They were of the formidable ages of 6 months to 6 years.
The wrestling, screaming, loud chases were heard throughout the hillside.
There were the other quiet ones as well who enjoyed looking over the nature discoveries Maama L. delivered to the door.

The dreaming princess
Tough and gentle
Sweaty and rosy cheeked
After battling still friends
Still dreaming

ReplyDeleteOkay..love love this...the day captured in pictures! Wasn't that weed odd? Love the rough and tumble, but really love that girl ready to take them on! YOU GO GIRL-Abby!!! And the picture of the princess I can hear her singing...a little Cinderella, or is it sleeping beauty? And he might not have gotten a meatball, but that plate looked filled with chocolate! So he was satisfied.
ReplyDeleteLove you!
